What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I’ve inquired about pay but it’s gotten nowhere.

    I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (Abū Zabad) in Nov 2022

    Interview

    HR headhunter contacted me about the opportunity. First screening call was good. Then there was meeting with RPA team in ADIA. That meeting was also went well. Then they forwarded me several cognitive ability tests which took at leat 1-2 days to complete. There was also Korn Ferry evaluation and feedback which was the most pleasing part of the process. After al those they have just ghosted me.
