Pros

Academy actually strives to grow their employees' abilities and skills. Most companies claim to but don't really do anything.

Cons

I was skeptical about the corporate culture and the emphasis on helping others, but its very much a part of Academy's culture. Obviously, this is not a negative.

Advice to Management

Thank you for your continual commitment to employee engagement. Helps the employees feel a part of Academy and its mission.
