ConsFor the sake of honesty, I reflected on this question but have nothing to share as a con of working for ATI!
Advice to ManagementPlease keep doing what you are doing! I hope that ATI is able to not only transform education but also professional expectations and norms in the work place.
I applied online. I interviewed at Academy of Thought and Industry (Canada)
InterviewThey made me go through 4 separate interviews online and I had to specifically request that they combine the 4th & 5th interview into one in order to streamline this process. I still was not offered a position after all of that.
They asked for the same info over and over and over at each interview - the info that they already had available on my resume and portfolio from the very start. You would think when requesting close to half a dozen interviews they would at least request different info at each one. My interview experience was very disorganized and unprofessional with interviewers who had not taken the time to review my basic info before beginning. I feel my time was massively wasted by a very drawn out process that could have easily been one or two interviews before moving on. It is much more standard to decline a position after one or two interviews, and ATI's candidates wouldn't feel like their time is being massively wasted if they could get their company a bit more organised and be more decisive in their hiring decisions.Answer Question
