I worked at Acadia Healthcare (More than a year)
Awesome colleagues with myriad of work experiences. Highly engaging work environment with something new to work with daily. People that work here all want to deliver great care. Those that don't fit that mold do not stay.
Poor communication and slow to change affects morale and turn over. Appears there is a significant disconnect between corporate office and individual hospitals.

I applied online. The process took 7+ weeks. I interviewed at Acadia Healthcare.
The interview process was very simple. Met with the director of the department, after a wonderful 30 minute chat he called in the CEO who offered me a job right on the spot
