In my role, I feel that I am afforded the autonomy to make a difference in the care of our patients every day. It is palpable that our entire company puts the needs of the patients at the highest


While this is not a con in my opinion, as with any large company, it is a fast paced environment with a lot of working pieces.

Advice to Management

It is important for us all to be focused on development of our teams. We must be forward thinking to prepare those on the bench for their next role so they are prepared when called to serve!
