    I have been working at Acceptance Insurance full-time (More than 10 years)


    Senior leadership is working hard to make Acceptance an irresistible place to work. Investments in morale building recognition programs, enhanced training curricula, and an emphasis on the importance of having happy employees is refreshing. The company created an employee assistance program to collect donations for our team members that were impacted by the hurricanes and are continuing indefinitely for those that develop a need for emergency help in the future. You have plenty of opportunity to shine and build a successful career - the company will give you the tools and if you put in the effort you will be rewarded. There are also growth opportunities and internal promotions are on the rise.


    I wish we could have been at this stage sooner!

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Acceptance Insurance.


    Interviewed with DM on a Tuesday and received a callback on Friday offering the job. During interview I was given a thorough breakdown of expectations for sales agents. I must admit it was blankly put on the table that the job was very demanding. I wanted the experience so I took the challenge. This is my first week and I have completed both Property and Causality modules ready to practice the test simulator.
