Poor management of change, and communication by management of department expectations. Management very secretive of any changes that are happening. Pay based on who likes who, not on peformance or results. Management does not attempt to retain talent that they currently have. This is seen in their poor benefit packages, pay, and lack of any type of incentive programs. Turn over extremely high. Morale within every department is low.
Advice to Management
Focus and develop the talent that you have. Create a program to retain talent. You would save millions in recruiting fees, training, and other costs related to turnover. Communicate your goals and expectations to employees. Recognize people who are good performers. Satisfied employees who are proud to work for you will go above and beyond to build your business.
