    Pros

Wearing a lot of different hats, but that makes the work more exciting and give you a lot of room to grow and develop your career. They reward hard work and go above and beyond. Also wonderful being a part of much larger organization RELX; helps give you more global exposure.

    Cons

Pay isn't as high as it is at other competitors.

    Advice to Management

Recognition is great, but ultimately it's about your earnings.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Accuity (Chicago, IL) in February 2014.

    Interview

Very informal. It was through a recruiter. Initial contact was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview that lasted a little over an hour. Main objective was to get to know each other. Compensation was discussed, but no numbers were provided on the spot. No discussion regarding the benefits package. Interviewers did not seem very well prepared.
