I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accuride (Evansville, IN) in February 2014.
Brought in to a room with three individuals: HR Manager, IT Manager and senior Infrastructure employee. Interview consisted of basic questions with a mix of position specific questions including how to troubleshoot different processes. Overall the interviewers were very friendly but were looking for an individual that showed prowess in soft skills as opposed to overall technical knowledge. In my opinion, it was more important to find someone who they can mesh easily into the environment that can grow substantially into their role as opposed to years of technical knowledge.
