    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Ace Industries full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A company set on a course for growth and expansion in the coming years. Many opportunities for advancement. Strong name recognition in the industry. A full offering of products and services that is hard to compete against. Great coworkers.

    Cons

Massive growth has led to a need for more structure within the organization. It is obvious that it is being put in place, but it can be challenging some days to keep up. This is a good problem to have and it is being actively worked on by ownership and management.

    Advice to Management

Continue adding management structure. Engage the employees for ideas and suggestions. Continue to expand to keep our key position in the industry.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ace Industries (Norcross, GA) in November 2011.

    Interview

Spoke with hiring manager about future goals and what I could bring to the company if hired. Interviewer was polite and listened with attention. Discussed what my current position entailed and how that would transfer over. After a few minutes of this we filled out the first stage of the paperwork and I was taken to a second stage interview with another person where we discussed my education. We spoke on that and the interview was completed. Overall it was 1 1/2hr.
