Please continue to work with your staff, listening to their voice and concerns, If there are any openers in the morning as far as a email being sent to everyone to make them smile or vice versa or

A Look Back - And a Way Forward. The pandemic has been challenging for everyone—especially teachers and students, but we’re seeing some encouraging reports on the impact of COVID on education. Couple these studies with our extensive student-focused programs, and we’ve seen both our students and teachers flourishing despite the current circumstances that we’re all facing. For example, a recent study conducted by the Annenberg Institute for School Reform at Brown University, in collaboration with Acelero Learning, found that Head Start infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in Acelero programs made significant gains during the 2020–2021 school year despite the pandemic. These findings are compelling given reports of the disastrous effects of the pandemic on childhood education, and we take pride ensuring that we provide a consistent level of quality continuity for the children—and our staff. We’re pleased to see the children in our care achieving and succeeding both academically and emotionally. If you’re looking for a better opportunity to teach—and follow your passion—you’ve found home.
