    Pros

Management is amazing. If you perform your best, you are sure to be promoted fast. I have seen friends starting of as a reserach analyst and within 4 years become a director...which is great considering the career paths and the recognition at work.

    Cons

Its easy to feel overworked. Lots of projects, tasks, responsibilties given to an individual. Initially, the pay may be a little low but definitely better than the other jobs, but salary hikes are given once you complete a year.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Acnielsen Bases in April 2008.

    Interview

started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview on-site and a math/writing test on-site. phone interview was fairly standard, with typical behavioral questions and one or two simple case-type questions related to the work that BASES does. once on-site, i met the HR manager and did a math/writing test, followed by an interview with a client manager the same day. the structure of the second interview was pretty similar to the first.
