Fun and supportive group of workers. Flexible with work days. Amazing facilities to work in.
The compensation was not able to supplement my living. Upward mobility seemed difficult.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Active Wellness in December 2017.
The interview process was pretty fast, except for when it came time to get back to me. I moved through four rounds of interviews with the management team within the very short period of time (ten days).Upon that, I heard nothing about their decision for more than three weeks. This would not be a big deal if they did not rush me as a candidate, and if one of their senior leaders was not the one who promised to get back to me (I never heard back from this person)
Advice to management and HR-- Not everyone is desperate for the job, so please re- think how you treat your candidates.
