Interview
The interview process, although in my case was short, scheduling time with the recruiter for the first interview was very easy. In addition they provided me with the job description to reference leading up to the interview. The first interview was 30 minutes in duration, and although the recruiter was a few minutes late, they made up for the missed time by extending the interview. You can expect behavioral based questions, in addition to sharing technical recruiting experience. One of the objectives of ActiveCampaign is to bring on more talent to help with the organization's goal of helping businesses scale where they haven't been able to do so in the past. My only grumble about the interview was that the recruiter wanted to focus on one workplace experience throughout their line of questions. I obliged with their request, and although I added where I could additional experiences outside of this one workplace (to give them an idea of my overall skills and experiences), I left the interview feeling restricted in not being able to showcase myself.InterviewCan you share your average requisition load?
