I have been working at ActiveHealth Management (More than 5 years)

As one of two physicians who work for AHM in High Point, NC, this review is to refute the review of another party listed as "Medical Officer" who is neither of us and has posted on this site. Glass door has been asked to remove or revise that review but has refused to do so.

ActiveHealth is an innovative and supportive place to work. We have best-in-class care management, consumer engagement, and clinical analytic capabilities and serve millions of members representing a variety of clients from private sector to large government entities.
Employees are engaged, their input valued, and are important contributors to the constant cycle of improvement that is our hallmark.
Customers often cite our agility, transparency and posture of partnership as key differentiators from others in the marketplace.
In particular, the team in High Point, NC is very high performing. We have a collaborative culture of excellence and inclusion that is promoted by employees at all levels of the organization. Senior leadership is adept at communicating priorities and strategy enabling all to relate their contributions to the progress of the whole.

Within AHM and its parent company there is a lot of change occurring and on the horizon. This is really an opportunity for us to grow, to change and further differentiate our expertise. So far we are meeting and beating these challenges.

    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at ActiveHealth Management (New York, NY) in May 2017.

I had applied through a staffing and consulting company. My interview was straight away selected for an in-person interview. I was sent an email that about 3 persons to be interacted during my interview. Since, I already worked with Aetna , I had some edge in direct person interview I guess. Interview was average and smooth. However, the 2nd person who entered the room to interview, did not introduce herself or contact me neither she asked me any questions ! That was shocking and I just convinced myself that 'people can be busy too'. Later to my another surprise, she silently left the room. And another most important point is the only person who interviewed me was a lead BA and he was quite comforting in asking me questions and conveying a message on the project need for this role.
I did figure out that my interview wont be positive response because of the person/lady who entered the room and left unexpectedly.
These people are so unprofessional , if they don't want to continue the interview, they should have rejected me straightaway. Even my time is precious and don't waste it please! If you are so picky or choosy in selecting the candidates for your company , then why go for staffing agency, you can try to get a budget and do a full-time recruitment.
One thing which makes me feel better is , I did not expect much with these people! They are like "uneducated with being educated".
