I've passed all of the stages of the hiring process with positive feedback from the hiring managers. I've been ghosted after passing all the steps leaving me without any feedback. Just a copycat message that they decided to move forward with other candidates. Totally unacceptable behavior and rude attitude to the candidates. Moreover, there was a ton of contradictions within interview process like: the test and the interview process is for quite tech savvy persons who know JSON, XML, HTTP and so on. Meanwhile, during the quite tricky interview they are telling that I'm a bit overqualified, however they've claimed that other candidates were not able to pass even 3 questions of the quiz.InterviewHow do you maintain your and your team motivation ? What difficulties you've faced with and how did you managed them?
