Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AcuityCFO (United States) in May 2018
InterviewI applied for the position online via a website that catered to tech start-ups. I was contacted by the office manager wanting to conduct a brief phone interview with me. She asked me to explain my experience and go into some detail about my resume. Following this, she explained the position, the compensation, and more about the company. She got in touch with me a few days later to schedule an in-person interview with me and my potential supervisor. The in-person interview went fairly well; there weren’t any questions that stumped me and felt like more of conversation than a serious interview. Before I left, they emailed me some email prompts to reply to see where my writing skills were and to see how I would correspond with clients. A week and half later, I was notified that they went with another candidate.
