They have good people and the environment is great. management personal are also good to us except for the fact that we don't get paid very well.;
I feel that we are under paid for the relevancy of our work, promotions and merit increases are terrible
Advice to Management
I feel that they should invest in their employees with regards to giving people more incentives where people can get promoted and get more in their merit increases. They know if they have a good work force that they should take care of them.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acumentrics (Westwood, MA) in April 2015.
Met with the 'hiring manager' and the executive staff. They were all very personable and candid. They all were on the same page regarding the company's direction. All of them were receptive to my questions and the all answered pretty much the same way.
Next I met with the staff that was reporting the position. It seemed to me that there was too many of them for the amount of work involved.
