Acurian – Why Work For Us?

Acurian is a leading full-service provider of global patient enrollment and retention solutions for the life sciences industry. We specialize in making your clinical trial sites more productive by delivering patients they don’t have access to. On average, we deliver 30-40% of total study randomizations and increase Site Enrollment Rates by 50%.

We enable clinical trial sponsors to complete enrollment without adding more sites or time, both of which can carry a big price tag. It all comes down to delivering value in the form of unmatched expertise, results-based pricing, true global reach, and enrollment certainty.

When you can’t afford a delay in patient enrollment…only Acurian can deliver the patients you need, when and where you need them.

Be a part of our success story

Acurian is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our winning team of patient enrollment, engagement and retention specialists.

In addition to an energetic and thriving environment in which to grow your career, Acurian offers medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; AD&D; short-term and long-term disability plans, plus a 401(k) plan.

There’s also the abundance of free snacks and drinks, pretzel Fridays, and bad-weather bagels that appeal to our employees. What can we say? Hard work and success keep us hungry.

I have been working at Acurian full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been with Acurian for a little over a year. I love that there is still a small company/start up feel with the infrastructure and benefits of a large corporation. Everyone is great to work with and an "open door" policy is really open door! This is the one of the only places where the CEO has asked me how I was doing and actually knew who I was and took the time to talk with me.
Free vending machines and pretzels on Friday also nice :)

    Cons

There is a lot of work to be done so if you are looking for something less stressful this may not be the place for you. The staffing could be beefed up as everyone is working at capacity and burnout is an issue. That being said everyone pitches in and is willing to help out, its a great team.

    Advice to Management

Remember to recognize your teams, they are really dedicated to the organization and work extremely hard, and everyone likes to be recognized occasionally.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Acurian (Horsham, PA) in July 2017.

    Interview

Interview process was thoughtfully planned, informative and enjoyable throughout. It began with a phone call from a corporate recruiter to assess initial interest and fit, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview with the manager and another company executive. The process gave me and my interviewers ample opportunity to explore the fit from both our perspectives, in my opinion.
