Mission: Acxiom’s data and technology have transformed marketing – giving our clients the power to successfully manage audiences, personalize customer experiences and create profitable customer relationships.
It’s about more than making better marketing decisions. If it were that simple, we would have been crowded out years ago by the “me too” companies – the ones who claim to have more data and more insight than anyone else.
So what’s our story? We believe our value is in helping our clients do something they never dreamed possible. Giving them that certain moment when clarity becomes confidence. Finding a whole new customer segment. Reaching everyone who needs to be reached. Understanding those tiny market nuances. There’s more, of course, but these are the kinds of things that make the difference to our clients – the things that help them sleep at night.
At Acxiom, we believe in recruiting associates who want to become part of a diverse company culture that welcomes a wide array of behaviors, beliefs, practices and work processes. In order to maximize the performance of all associates, deliver significant return on investment, and create unparalleled value for our clients, an inclusive work environment is necessary. We are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, and we do not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person’s race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, genetics or other protected status. Acxiom is committed to hiring those who help keep all of us free – veterans and members of the Guard and Reserve. Acxiom fully honors and enforces the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
We recognize the contribution that veterans and members of the Guard and Reserve have made, and continue to make, to our nation and communities. We also recognize that the skills learned in military service are often the exact skills needed to excel at Acxiom. Therefore, Acxiom actively seeks to employ veterans. Learn More
For all associates, we emphasize the importance of diversity through a number of initiatives. Internally, we publicize information about multicultural global holidays to help our associates learn about and appreciate the cultural practices of their colleagues. We also participate in industry forums and have provided scholarships to organizations that promote equal opportunity, including the Arkansas Industry Liaison Group and the Black Data Processing Associates, a nationwide group devoted to preparing minority professionals in our industry.
Acxiom also promotes diversity in the companies we choose to work with as subcontractors. Our comprehensive Supplier Diversity program helps ensure that minority- women- and small business-owned firms are given an equal opportunity to compete for business opportunities with our company.
We believe in preserving a diverse work environment – not only for its own sake, but also to maximize the performance of our associates and create value for our clients. Acxiom is committed to maintaining an environment where associates feel recognized, inspired and challenged, and believe the company values and appreciates their contributions to the workplace. As a part of our core values, we believe teamwork is the key to our overall effectiveness because it allows us to leverage our diverse individual strengths and achieve great things together.

constant change in management. resistant to change.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acxiom (Redwood City, CA).
Phone interview with the recruiter, then 2 on site interview, followed by a phone interview with the VP of the department. You will interview with at least 2 people that you will work with on your team. Questions were standard that has to do with how you deal with managing timelines, knowledge of data management, and some project management. They also wanted to see how you'll communicate with cross-functional teams since this position requires you to work virtually with teams that touches the account.
