If you are marketing or operational focused and want to see first hand how a MarTech company/product is built, want to network / solve hard problems with some of the brightest minds in the MOps world both internally and externally and/or want to be at the forefront of the most cutting edge marketing/ops strategies then AdRoll the place you should be. Was at AdRoll for over 3.5 years and I wouldent trade it for anything. The product is expanding into really unique innovative areas beyond retargeting, they value their customers and employees like family. The internal company culture is the gold standard in the tech world as far as I am concerned. Like most things in life, you get out what you put in, management notices drive and passion at AdRoll, if you pour yourself into the company, the company will have your back through thick and thin.
I cant think of any, maybe start catering lunch regularly.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what your doing and don't change a thing.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AdRoll in February 2017.
I felt that I was late to the interview process because the job had been posted for a month and a half already, but the General Counsel let me go through the interview process. I first did a phone interview with the paralegal (hit it off great with her!) and then moved to in-person interviews (on 2 separate days).
Everyone in this small legal department was fantastic and super nice and I felt very comfortable talking with them. The General Counsel, to my mind, works hard to create a legal team of people who are down-to-earth and kind. They are also self-starters and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to do what they need to do to get the job done.
I also interviewed with non-legal people at AdRoll and they were very kind as well. It's clear that they work hard, but it's a friendly atmosphere.
I definitely recommend this company and if you get a chance, I recommend applying for a position in the legal department if one comes open. A++++
