    Plenty of Work.
    Great Coworkers.
Serving an organization that is positively impacting lives.

    Cons

Street Parking is not always reliable but can be remedied if you give yourself time. There’s also an office garage with limited space.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ada S McKinley Community Services.

    Interview

Very long process that doesn't connect the right people to the right position. I soon discovered many of the employees barely met the requirements of the positions they held. This was over a decade ago and the process has changed slightly so more qualified people are in place. Some still lack passion and expertise.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

No negotiation. The process has changed slightly but the pay is very low for my education, experience and responsibilities.
