What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I’ve inquired about pay but it’s gotten nowhere.

Pros

Service offered to clients is exceptional.
Value account adds 20- 30% to your salary.

Cons

Weakened by association to RBS.
Some hopeless long serving members of staff that have terrible attitude, but are waiting for large final salary pensions, so won’t leave.

Advice to Management

Executive team are arrogant and unapproachable. They need to learn some social skills in dealing with staff and treat them with some respect.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adam & Company (London, England) in Dec 2016

    Interview

Online application, numerical and verbal online tests, invite to phone interview. The phone interview is a strengths based interview, so questions asked and no prompts given. Completely open ended and given no time restriction. The interviewer was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease at most times, except the pauses between questions whilst he made notes. Waiting to hear about assessment centre invitation, after having passed phone screening process.
