The Adaptive product is also very strong and investments being made to the software will continue to keep Adaptive on top in an ever-changing and very competitive market.
Compensation is fair.
There are truly no cons about working for Adaptive specifically, however there is increased competition in our industry, but Adaptive is well-positioned against the competition.

Keep up the strong synergies at the management level! When the executive leadership is aligned, we can sail ahead toward our strong growth goals and focus on sustaining excellent customer satisfaction
I applied online. I interviewed at Adaptive Insights (Austin, TX) in May 2017.
Applied online via LinkedIn. Had an initial phone screen with HR. Had another phone interview with the hiring manager. Was asked to do an assessment test basically allowing you to get a glimpse of what the job would entail. Then had a final interview in the office which consisted of 4 separate interviews. One with a senior support specialist, then two members of the support team, and then an interview with each of the hiring managers. Overall the process was very thorough and everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind.
