Pros

You get to work with some extremely smart, talented and capable people.

Cons

Projects are sometimes taken because they offer consulting opportunities "close to the throne" rather than based on fit.

  1. Service Design Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Adaptive Path (United States)

    Interview

I met the Adaptive Path/Capital One team during my university's career fair. I spoke with three Adaptive Path/Capital One members and left my resume with one of the Talent Recruiters. I was asked back to interview the next day by the Recruiter, but I was not told what position I was interviewing for. I attended the interview, was enthusiastic, and thought it went fairly well - but not perfect. I checked in a few weeks after and never heard anything back - just silence. I find it really disrespectful on their part that I was not even given a rejection as a courtesy. Super unprofessional and will never apply again.
