Temporary Factory Worker Interview
Anonymous Employee in United StatesAccepted OfferPositive ExperienceEasy InterviewApplicationI applied online. I interviewed at Adecco (United States)
Interview
Completed online forms for processing (My times and days availability, Voluntary Race, Gender form, Military Background if applicable, Disability Qualification ect .) I believe that I viewed a Safety video at home with a short test afterwards. This took me approx. 40 minutes. Received an email the following morning with theSecond shift job offer from Adecco and to call to schedule the Orientation. Easy enough. Received a call for her to conduct an Interview concerning my last two to three positions/work experiences. The discussionInterviewI was asked, How soon can you start an Assignment?" The Staffing person on the phone said that minimum 8" Steel Toed boots are required for a Company that they partner with. Was told that all of the PPE would be provided to us. Was asked if I have a pair of >8" steel toe. If not, would I be able to have a pair prior to the start of the ORientation. I think that I was asked if I would be unavailable for a day to 3 days in the next 3 mths because of a Physicians Appointment, Scheduled outpatient Surgery, or that I might need to attend to family need in next 3 mths. (Was either the arysville, OH Adecco Recruiter or a Recruiter from the Staffing Business/Agency in Bellefontaine that asked. My Education background wasn't discussed. She needed able-bodied people that would be reliable and able to stand, climb, have good dexterity, and be able to perform physical labor for 8 to 9.5 hours a day with some occasional Saturday OT .
