I worked at Adecco full-time (More than a year)
The office I worked in had a great time that cared about the people who worked for us. Everyone I worked with was very passionate about their role.
There were many times that clients would need last minute hires. Finding people for this type of positions was a disaster as well as very stressful.
Advice to Management
Create a more organized system of finding employees that involved better communication across all roles in the company. Create more incentives across the board.
I applied online. I interviewed at Adecco.
Took a detailed assessment going over computer skills and work/education experience. Submitted a resume and cover letter. There was also a typing test since I was looking at admin temp jobs. Then had a 30 minute in-house interview with a friendly Adecco worker.
