I have been working at Adenna full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Adenna was acquired just over a year ago and the new vision and atmosphere is top notch. I had no issues with previous leadership though. Other reviews came from some past employees that I was able to work with. It seems as though the character of these individuals both during and after employment should be noted as less than qualitifed to rate a company much less hold down a top level sales position. True, sales can be tough and sales management teams can be demanding, which requires people to step up their ability to learn and mold to unique sales tactics and remain calm and resilient in the face of adversity. A quality that some do not possess. I will stick around here at Adenna for years to come. Co workers in the Irvine branch are amazing. Great team!

    Cons

The learning curve is real. Both product lines, process, and industry are things that must be noted. However all the cons I could list are just hurdles that must be overcome and worked at. This isn't a cookie cutter position. It challenging and needs to be treated as a craft.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adenna.

    Interview

Answered ad in classified section of the local paper. They called me and arranged interview time. Gave me a pre-interview questionnaire to fill out. I met with one of the owners and then the other, and then both together (they didn't tell me who was the one making the final decision- I thought it was the older of the two but I was wrong, It was the younger fellow).

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Quick- they made the offer and I accepted.
