I worked at Adform full-time
Great staff filled with smart and innovative people. Everyone knows each other and is happy to share information. You will learn a lot and enjoy working there.
C level management doesn't know what's going on. Management is something to be desired. Salary is NOT competitive for a company who claims to rival Google. There is also a HUGE problem with blatant sexism towards women at Adform, perpetuated by top managers and ignored by HR.
Advice to Management
Stop spending so much money on fun events and on sending people to the central office to be trained and invest that money in staff by paying them more.
I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Adform (Hamburg (Germany)).
First interview with Director and VP - very informal and easy going, followed by a case study presented to the extended team - which was awesome to get to know the spirit of company and team and finally a Skype interview with HR.
In the first interview there were some real good cop bad cop vibes and I felt that they were testing me and my calms - which I was able to keep. Also, HR sounded very rude over mail but turned out to be super nice on the call itself - so don't be put off or get nervous.
