Administrative Resource Options Interviews
Account Manager Interview
Anonymous Employee in Chattanooga, TNAccepted OfferPositive ExperienceAverage InterviewApplicationI applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Administrative Resource Options (Chattanooga, TN) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview process was 3 stages which began with a brief phone interview, 2nd stage was a Zoom interview with the accounts Customer Service Director and lastly an in person interview with the Operations Supervisor. All interviews were very professional and concise, no beating around the bush at all. Questions were aimed to get a good and honest feel for who I was and what I could offer, interviewers seemed genuinely interrested to learn about my past experiences and ow I thought hey could help me in the future even connecting some dots with my past experiences and offering me insight into how they could align with the jobs demands that I hadn't even considered; again, showing that they were actually listening and envisioning me in the role. The interviews seemed to come from a place of active engagement, not just the typical 5 questions and a thank you that I've had before. The process was a bit "tough" so to speak in that I was kept on my toes but ultimately I appreciated this fact because I knew everyone I would be working with would have had the same experience and I was confident that every member of my team would be well vetted and well suited to their roles, an assumption that was proven to be 100% correct.
Disclaimer: this was for a management position so I would expect the process to be a bit more in-depth like it was.InterviewFirst: Name 3 qualities in yourself that would give you an edge over your competition for this role. Follow-up: Name 3 qualities you would look for in someone you would hire for your own team.
