Community Support

Adtalem Global Education and its family of institutions are committed to serving as responsible community citizens. Many of our campuses lend space to local non-profit organizations for regular meetings or trainings. Students and faculty from our health care institutions, including American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Ross University School of Medicine and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and Chamberlain University regularly provide health care services at local health fairs. Adtalem also works with Ladder Up to provide free tax preparation services to low income individuals and families every tax season, and our campuses often welcome student serving organizations for career exploration workshops.

Employee Volunteerism

Our students and employees actively donate their time, talents and heart to many worthwhile organizations. In FY2017, over 4,000 students, faculty, and employees donated more than 2,000 hours their time and talents to worthwhile organizations and causes.

Philanthropic Giving

Adtalem Global Education recognizes that uplifting a community often requires philanthropic support, and that is why we are committed to giving back through both our 501(c)(3) charitable arm, the Adtalem Global Education Foundation, and through corporate support of non-profit and civic organizations that promote economic and workforce development, support community health and well-being, improve and increase educational access, encourage innovation, and support members of the U.S. Armed forces and their families.

Helping our Adtalem Family

The Adtalem Assistance Fund supports the colleagues and students of Adtalem Global Education’s institutions and companies who are in need. Most recently, donations to the site benefitted members of the Adtalem community who were affected by the hurricanes across the Caribbean and in Texas, as well as those in our community affected by the California wildfires.

I have been working at Adtalem Global Education full-time (More than 8 years)

I have worked for Adtalem Global Education for the last 8 years. It was my first position out of college, and they invested in my career and personal growth.
The work-life balance has evolved over the years. Currently, they offer remote options and flex work in multiple capacities. They invest in employees education, and management was supportive while I went back to school.
I have worked in student-facing and non-student facing positions and management is consistently proactive in both areas. I have received consistent feedback through the year and Management is active in helping colleagues set goals.
If you are looking for a company to grow your career, Adtalem is a great place to start, continue and ignite your opportunities.

Have implemented multiple new helpful technologies at once.
