I have been working at Advaiya full-time (More than a year)
As a current employee, I am more than happy and satisfied with my employer. Employees have flexibility to put our own spin and ideas into projects, work on a variety of projects with different clients, and most importantly have fun. I feel confident in our executive and management team to make the best decisions for the company, which may not always be popular, but are always fair. While no individual is perfect and no employer is perfect, Advaiya is always looking to learn and grow and build upon strengths as well as weaknesses. I learn something new every day as I develop professionally and build upon my talents and add new ones to my resume. I have never felt unsupported and all managers have an open door policy. The best part of Advaiya is the employees. It’s hard to find a company where you like all of your co-workers, and I didn't believe it was true until I started working here. We’re all unique with our own strong skill sets, and you can count on your colleagues to collaborate for the projects at hand. Salaries are competitive and the medical benefits are through the roof, with many more perks for all Advaiya team members.
Inter-company communication should always remain a high priority.
Advice to Management
Continue the balance of maintaining the bottom line while allowing room for morale development.
I applied online. I interviewed at Advaiya (Bellevue, WA) in September 2017.
The Interview went very nice with CEO and CTO . They asked questions about my previous exp and few sales question . They told me I am good fit for the position , and when I can join. latter when we talked about the compensation they told me they do not have any number in mind , instead asked me to give them a number . Which I gave , and after that did not hire me. which I feel was unprofessional-ism.
