Benefits Package

Advance Financial offers 100% company-paid health insurance as well as dental, vision and life insurance options. These packages include options for family and domestic partners. We also offer a variety of cost-saving preventative programs through HealthWorks employee health and wellness program.

Employees have the opportunity to save on a before-tax basis through convenient payroll deductions. We also offer employer matching contributions up to 5%.

Paid Time Off and Holidays

Our employees earn paid time off each month to use for sick leave, family illness, vacation, or personal reasons. We also provide regular paid holidays each year.

Paid Parental Leave

Employees may receive up to 6 consecutive workweeks of paid leave due to birth, adoption of a child, or placement of a foster child.

Paid Time to Volunteer

Employees at Advance Financial receive 40 hours of PTO to volunteer in the community. Being involved in and supporting our community is of paramount importance. Emergency Leave of Absence

Employees may take up to 4 weeks of unpaid leave during the year if unable to work due to reasons not covered by other leave policies.

On-Site Nurse at Corporate Office

Every Monday, our employees have the ability to visit our on-site nurse practitioner for minor illnesses (colds, flu, etc).

Each month we have some kind of exciting adventure. It could be going to TopGolf, enjoying a Nashville Sounds game, beating an Escape Game or simply celebrating a holiday. On top of that, every Friday in the office is Fun Friday. This is a time later in the day when we organize into teams and play many fun games.

Health and Wellness

Stress happens, that is why we have a licensed massage therapist come on-site so employees can unwind with a seated massage. Another way our team members unwind and relax is with our weekly on-site yoga classes. Both of these benefits are offered to all team members for a small nominal fee.

Corporate Careers

Located in historic Wedgewood, our beautiful state-of-the-art, open-plan call center is home to our exceptional 300+ Team Members which provide support to both customers and employees across the country. Our offices are filled with great people and a high energy, family-oriented corporate culture.

Our corporate offices include collaborative spaces, meeting rooms as well as a multi-purpose classroom where we train our newly hired Team Members. Our modern kitchen includes spacious coolers to keep your food and drinks cold as well as three microwaves to heat up your meals. The kitchen area includes a dining area with many tables and high-top chairs where our Team Members can enjoy their lunch. Oh, did we mention the food trucks? Once or twice every month our corporate office is visited by a variety of food trucks for those looking to spice up their lunch.

In-Store Opportunities

    Pros

    This is a family owned business based out of Nashville. They believe in giving back to the employees. Pay is good for the responsibility. I am cared for both as a person and a employee.

    Cons

    Its not much of a trade off but would like to have more growth opportunities. Most growth is in a different area of the state. I am unable to move at this time.
