Very team-oriented environment - people look out for one another. Everyone wants to win with our customers.
Can't think of any. Probably not a good place to work if you want to hide in an office and not have to interact with people.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at AdvancePierre Foods (Cincinnati, OH).
Behavior based interview process, low pressure, need to be able to deal with grey area and limited external data. First call was a phone interview with the external recruiter. Next phase was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, in person interviews with the entire team and human resources director.
AdvancePierre is happy to share that Christopher Sliva has become our President and CEO. Chris succeeds John Simons who retired at the end of March 2017. Thank you to John for all of his leadership and we are excited to welcome Chris to our team!
