office staff is prompt to answer calls, texts, and emails and in booking shifts. they are professional, courteous and competent.
I have trouble understanding the heavy spanish accent of one of the employees, however he is good at his job and knows what he is doing.
Advice to Management
be more proactive at getting staff accepted at as many facilities as possible, in order to increase the chance of getting more shifts.
