Growth within ATS isn't what it used to be. Most managers are no longer being groomed from within the company and are external hires. Time management was also implemented recently for the service desk and has killed retention. The service desk is not a traditional call center and should not be treated as such.
Advice to Management
Get back to the core ATS culture at the service desk and stop treating employees there as numbers instead of people.
