Talent is offered a decent health insurance plan with reasonable deductible and good coverage overall for tests, procedures, surgery and preventative care.
There is no vacation, personal time off or holiday pay that is compensated or paid for by Advantage X P O for talent.
Advice to Management
Should offer a gradual accrual of vacation, personal/paid time off and holiday pay that is compensated by Advantage X P O for talent.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Advantage xPO (San Francisco, CA) in July 2016.
This is basically a staffing agency for companies who want to outsource certain services, such as administrative support. You work at the company they are staffing for but technically remain an employee with Advantage xPO. I was contacted for a preliminary interview after an email application. I spoke to an account manager. This was your average 45 min interview. I was then notified later that day that I was invited to an interview a week later at the other company. The account manager was very friendly and helpful, he prepped me for the three hour interview.
Overall it was a quick interview process.
