Pros
were quick to get PPE, better than my friends at other systems, good communication, and good teamwork. Kept everyone on full pay during COVID...that was amazing
Cons
nothing that was their fault...PPE and Testing are hard to get, but they have done their best.

Interview
The interview process started with a recruiter and a phone screen. Then I was called by the manager and went in for a group interview with Manager, Supervisor, and a lead therapist. The in person interview was very laid back and conversational. The leaders were easy to talk to. They were very open and honest about the workload which I now appreciate.
