Has anyone worked at a place where there wasn’t one toxic person there ? Or am I asking to much ? That would be my dream where there was team work and everyone worked together. No back stabbing or gossiping Managers who did the right thing

I have been working at at a clinic for eight years now. I have worked with numerous doctors and departments (all of which have given me high recommendations). However, management has done nothing but pile more responsibility on responsibility with in the last six months with little time off. Everything my team and I do is wrong. We never hear about the good we do. It’s stressful.

These systems are part of matrix. So sad in America that even in the health care system the employees don't get enough time off. This needs to change big time because this affects our society in so many ways. As humans we need time off...period!!! Money always gets in the way but it will change eventually for the better.

I’m a Manager of an understaffed scheduling department for a clinic. Instead of staffing the department properly I am getting pressured to do the work of my staff. I’m all for assisting with escalated calls and helping my staff through workflow issues. The impression I’m getting however is I’m being expected to take the same amount of calls as my agents which is not in my job description. How would you respond to this kind of pressure?
