Advice to Management
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Advics (Cincinnati, OH) in March 2016.
Initial Telephone Interview and then two different leadership interviews. This was a panel interview. It was hard to hear some of the questions asked and some were very broad (not specific or focused). I Felt very CHALLENGED on defending my experience which was odd. The phone interview was very unspecific and HR person calling was unable to provide answers to some basic questions about the position.
