Caring for patients in their home provides a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with them in a place they feel truly comfortable. As an RN in home health, you're able to spend the time each individual patient needs, from recovering from injury or surgery, to managing a chronic condition. You'll use your skills and experience as an RN, while collaborating virtually with the rest of the patient's care team, to provide the best care possible.

Pros

Aurora knows how to value their employees. During the COVID 19 pandemic they really showed how great they are. They gave appropriate bonuses to the right people and made the hospital as well staffed

Cons

As every hospital, staffing can be difficult at sometimes. Occasionally the floor is short staffed, but typically there are two CNAs on the floor and nurses have appropriate patients.

Advice to Management

Listen to the nurses and staff in regards to staffing, they are the ones on the floor and know what they need to function as a unit.
