ProsAurora knows how to value their employees. During the COVID 19 pandemic they really showed how great they are. They gave appropriate bonuses to the right people and made the hospital as well staffed
ConsAs every hospital, staffing can be difficult at sometimes. Occasionally the floor is short staffed, but typically there are two CNAs on the floor and nurses have appropriate patients.
Advice to ManagementListen to the nurses and staff in regards to staffing, they are the ones on the floor and know what they need to function as a unit.

InterviewDue to Covid, first interview was on phone. Professional and comfortable conversation. Many questions about history and specific "tell me about a time" questions. First meet/site interview, wearing masks, lasted 90 minutes. Good conversation regarding position, not a repeat of questions.
