I have been working at Aegis Therapies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Vacation accrual is decent. Negotiate your pay high up front bc you won’t get a raise. Benefits are awful, but they are offered.

    Cons

They’ll ask you to cover your own shifts if you want to use PTO. Some expectations of working off the clock aren’t verbally communicated, but they are implied.

    Advice to Management

What is best for the pt isn’t always best for the bottom line. Take care of your employees and they’ll take care of you.

    Interview

I applied online and a couple of weeks later I received a phone call asking to set up an interview. The interview was very relaxed and casual with questions and a tour of the facility.
