I have been working at Aero Precision full-time (More than 10 years)
Aero Precision is a place I enjoy coming to work, I feel that I am valuable member of this organization. The flexibility is a great PRO of working here that many companies don't offer. While we are growing, it still has that small company feel.
There is opportunity for growth within AP. Each day I learn something new even having been here for a while, which keeps it exciting.
No cons that would have me consider not being apart of AP.
Advice to Management
Keep on doing what your doing, excited to see what the future brings as we continue to grow.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Aero Precision (San Diego, CA) in June 2015.
very straight forward, HR employees very nice and easy to work with. 4 different people in the room, rapid fire questions but opportunity to ask my own. They gave me some more background on the company, history, and culture. Job description was a bit open-ended, which gives both sides leeway on the questioning
