Excellent salary if they believe in you. Fantastic, smart people. Bad rap from bad past but immense untapped potential.
I want to be part of the upswing (because it's coming) but the excellent, smart people mentioned above can't play nice in the sandbox. Political pressure causes lack of synergy.
Advice to Management
Play nice, we'd all win if you did...oh the untapped potential!!!
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Affinion Group (Franklin, TN) in November 2016.
The interview process was easy. Had phone interview with the HR rep and scheduled in person interview immediately after that. In person interview was with hiring manager and lead manager. After the interview I was told to hear back within 2 weeks and now 2 months have passed and no response from anyone in the company.
