I worked at Affordable Engineering Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of overtime and opportunities to really expand your professional knowledge for your trade. The pay is competitive and your pretty busy through out the workday so it tends to go by fast.

    Cons

Challenge to get resources to do the job, sometimes work/life balance is stressful.

    Senior Logistics Engineer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Totowa, NJ
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Affordable Engineering Services (Totowa, NJ).

    Interview

The incumbent left the company without notice, so the company had to find a qualified individual quickly. The contacted the local chapter of SOLE (a professional society for logisticians) to find out who was out of work and available.
The interview was over the phone, and the VP for Marketing did a heavy sales job on the job and the company. My background had already been verified.

    Interview Questions

    • I do not recall any difficult or unexpected questions.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation; the pay was fixed in the contract.
