    I have been working at Afni full-time (More than a year)


    Of course the benefits are awesome. Starting pay is well above minimum wage, and I mean well above. Tuition reimbursement, lots of training, and management is pretty cool.


    Angry customers. Changes are a constant thing.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage your agents, train them about ALL the resources available to them, listen and communicate daily.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Afni.


    the interview process was very easy because it was laid back and they asked you very simple questions. Many usually get hired unless you fail the employment test before the interview.
