I have been working at AgFirst full-time (Less than a year)

Diverse staff, excellent training opportunities, family oriented, highly structured and sophisticated IT department.

Honestly, no major drawbacks of working here from my perspective. My leaders are supportive of me, they engage regularly to get honest feedback. They address concerns as they arise. They are open to upward feedback. This may not apply to other areas, I can only speak for myself.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to your workforce. Continue to promote and train on the importance of diversity in the workplace.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AgFirst (Columbia, SC) in March 2015.

Initial phone interview with HR followed by phone interview with hiring manager followed by onsite interview with 3 different managers, including the hiring manager. Everyone was extremely polite and positive. Good interview questions. Interviewing managers did a good job describing the company and the expectations involved with the specific job.
