No where to really move up
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Ageas (Bournemouth, England (UK)) in November 2017.
There was a phone interview first, consisting of questions such as "Why did you decide to apply for Ageas" or "What do you know about this company" and "What do you expect to be doing in a Customer Service Assistant position". After that, I was informed by email that I was successful in my phone interview and invited to a face-to-face one at the company's offices. The people there were very friendly, first they got us (a team of 4 interviewees) to watch a slideshow about the company, its structure, goals, and benefits, and then we went for a tour of the call center, and sat to listen to some calls, while one of us was being interviewed in another room, for about half an hour.
