    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) in Oct 2021

    Interview

The interview process seemed okay, interviewers were generally pleasant. interviewer seemed concerned about me being a fresh graduate and the possibility of changing job within a year. additionally, i have experience working with different age groups, mostly with children and youths, and educational background with older adults (with job and volunteering experience). if you are in a similar situation, it would be advisable to have some interview questions prepared as this was raised during. generally i got the consensus that they were looking for someone with more experience in this field and maybe someone who could stay in the job permanently.
    Interview

    1. If you were a manager, how would you manage yourself? 2. In terms of your skills set, what is your strengths and weaknesses? 3. Are you able to work late? 4. Interview went through the main duties of a division lead and asked to explain which would be the easiest and toughest duty.
