I have been working at Agency for the Performing Arts full-time
Exposure to all facets of entertainment, not just your dept.
Smaller than the other agencies with aspirations to grow thanks to the new leadership.
Due to size, you get to meet every person in the company.
Doesn't have the cold corporate structure that bigger agencies like CAA has, allowing space for experimenting in different dept.
Paid time off, holiday pays.
The sky is the limit once you are an agent.
Pay is low, but thats entertainment... Make it up in overtime some times.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Agency for the Performing Arts.
I got an interview through an employee referral. I interviewed with Michael Conway who used to be head of HR at UTA. I thought the interview went well but I never heard back. It lasted about 25 minutes long.
