Advice to Management
Be sure to thoroughly investigate a person's contributions who is up for promotion. Too many people get promoted who are only skating by on other's work, while the people who are the most worthy get passed by.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AgencyRx (New York, NY).
After a phone interview with upper management, met individually with three employees on various accounts to discuss my potential to fulfill the role. Discussed various campaigns and shared ideas on how I would work with them. Spoke about my background in writing and in science. Spoke with a former freelance intern recently hired FT about that transition.
